Manager of Process - Industrialisation Engineering in Kunshan, China (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to strengthen our team in the area of Process Technology as soon as possible.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Providing innovative equipment and test facilities. Perform technical evaluations of products designs, tools, machinery, and production processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Competence Center for line concept, invest calculation and standardization of assembly and test processes in cooperation with the ETO Headquarter
• Compliance with statutory requirements regarding work safety, environmental protection and of ETO Standards for machinery and plants
• Supplier selection and support. Ensuring the equipment documentation, definition of processes, control limits as well as training documents. On time finalization, compliance with budget and performance data. Define and trace Quality Management processes for technical development projects, adhering to Automotive Industry Standards and best practices
• Ensuring the statutory and operational standards of equipment
• Support production with upgrading/further development of plants, improvement of processes
• Ensure competitive HK and perform reliable HRC calculations and inspections for new projects, project cost and project documentations
• Determine capable equipment suppliers and evaluate their ability to deliver equipment at competitive cost
• New production line specification, optimization and release for production
• Strong team leadership, and team inspire ability
• New process technology development

Ihr Profil

• Technically Advanced: Candidates should hold a technical education or degree and have at least 8-10 years of related manager work experience. Majoring in Mechanical Manufaturing Companies with years of work experience
• Reliable Evaluation Skills: An essential requirement for this role is the ability to comprehend and evaluate projects on a technical level
• Specific experience: Confident and experience in managing manufacturing processes and industrial development projects. Sufficient experience in automation and robotics. Experience in the automotive industry and working for a European company in China would be an advantage
• Empathetically Connecting: Candidates should have the ability to create a positive climate, demonstrating open-mindedness an d effective interpersonal skills
• Very good spoken and written English, fluent German a plus
• International and local travel: To the German Headquarter, Chinese or European machine suppliers
